1. Providing free membership to PwC Ukraine employees in the structures of the Trade Union at PwC Poland. Access to trade union materials and information exchange channels.

2. Providing any information that will be helpful in obtaining residence and work in Poland, e.g.:

– on the basis of which documents you can enter Poland (ensuring the legality of your stay),

– what documents are needed to work in Poland,

– what rights does having a Polish PESEL number give you,

– how long can you stay legally in Poland?

3. Ensuring the same working and remuneration conditions for Ukrainian citizens when working stationary or remotely in Poland as for Polish citizens. The goal is implemented in cooperation between the Trade Union and companies from the PwC group in Poland.

4. Ensuring respect for labour and trade union rights for employees of PwC group companies in Ukraine.

We know that due to the war, some workers’ rights in Ukraine were suspended, but in large international corporations such as PwC operating in Ukraine, this should not be the case because such companies have the possibility of mutual assistance from their branches from other countries, on the basis of solidarity. This assistance may include, for example, facilitating the employment of PwC Ukraine employees in other PwC companies in Europe.

Moreover, due to Ukraine’s ongoing accession processes to the European Union (EU), it is necessary to respect labour and trade union rights in Ukraine to the same extent as in other EU countries. The Trade Union at PwC Poland wants to help achieve this goal trough cooperation with PwC Ukraine and PwC companies from other European countries.
